This Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form (the "Agreement"), pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer ("TKHK") and the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, governs the terms of the distance sales agreement concluded electronically via rankzup.ai / app.rankzup.ai between the Seller whose details appear below and the Buyer purchasing the Service. Approving this Agreement during subscription activation means that you have read and accepted the preliminary information.

Buyer
The Service in question is a rankzupAI-branded digital SaaS (software service) subscription that measures, monitors and reports your brand's visibility on artificial intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT/Gemini. The Service does not involve delivery of a physical product; it is performed entirely electronically, in the form of panel access. The scope offered per plan (number of tracked questions, daily scan limit, number of briefs, etc.) is shown at the time of purchase in the panel and on the pricing page.
After payment is approved, your account/subscription is activated and performance of the Service begins immediately — by starting scanning and monitoring for your brand on AI platforms. In 7-day free trial processes, performance begins at the moment of registration and upon the Buyer's explicit request.
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. However, one of the exceptions provided by the Regulation concerns services performed instantly in electronic media and intangible goods (digital content/services): if performance of the service has begun, with the consumer's consent, before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
In the rankzupAI subscription, query scans for your brand on AI platforms actually begin the moment you activate your account/plan and give your consent — that is, performance of the Service begins immediately. For this reason, you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal from the moment you approve/activate your subscription. This matter is separately and expressly notified to you at the subscription approval step; giving your approval means that you accept this exception.
The fact that the right of withdrawal is excepted in this way does not eliminate your other rights arising from the TKHK in cases of statutory defective performance (e.g. the service not being performed at all or not properly).
In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
The Agreement enters into force upon your electronic approval of this Agreement at the subscription purchase/activation step, and a copy is sent to you by email.
