Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the conditions applicable to the use of the rankzup.ai and app.rankzup.ai services (the "Service") operated by rankzupAI ("rankzupAI", "we"). By registering for or using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

rankzupAI is a B2B SaaS measurement and monitoring service that measures your brand's visibility in the answers of artificial intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini, provides competitor and source analysis, and produces content recommendations (GEO Brief). The Service works by sending regular queries through the official APIs of the relevant AI platforms.

2. Account and User Obligations

• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration is accurate and up to date.
• Protecting the confidentiality of your account details (email, password) is your responsibility; all actions carried out through your account are deemed to belong to you.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of third parties, or in a manner that disrupts the ordinary operation of the system (excessive automation, reverse engineering, use of the APIs beyond their intended purpose, etc.).
• If multiple users/projects are managed under the same account, the account holder is responsible for all users' compliance with these Terms.

3. Nature of the Measurement Results — Important

The visibility scores, competitor analyses and perception signals provided by rankzupAI are based on answers obtained through the official APIs of the relevant AI platforms.

The measurement results are based on the API responses of AI platforms; they do not guarantee an exact match with the consumer interface (chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com, etc.). API-based measurement is a strong approximation (a proxy) of the chat interface the consumer sees — it is not claimed to be the exact same answer. This is clearly stated throughout the product; nevertheless, the trend, benchmarking and perception signals are real and usable for decision-making.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The accuracy, currency or completeness of the outputs produced by AI platforms (answer text, recommended brands, cited sources) is not guaranteed by us; these outputs belong to the relevant third-party provider (OpenAI, Google, etc.).
• The Service is provided "as is"; no express or implied commitment is made that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, rankzupAI cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Service (including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data).
• The upper limit of our liability cannot exceed the total service fee paid by you in the 12 months preceding the date of the event.

5. Intellectual Property

The rankzupAI brand, logo, software, interface design and the report templates produced in the panel belong to rankzupAI. The project-based reports produced for you within the scope of the Service (scores, briefs, analyses) are subject to your right of use throughout your subscription period; you may use this content in your own commercial activities. No rights are transferred over the source code, algorithms or infrastructure of the rankzupAI software.

6. Pricing and Exchange-Rate Revision Policy

Plans are priced in Turkish Lira (TL). TL prices may be updated quarterly in line with a change of more than ±10% in the USD/TRY exchange rate; the price does not change within your current subscription period. If a price update is made, the update applies only to new billing periods starting after the update and is notified by email a reasonable time in advance.

7. Termination

• You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account settings or via destek@rankzup.ai; termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, failure to fulfil payment obligations, or misuse of the Service.
• After termination, except for statutory retention obligations, your data is processed/deleted in the period and manner specified in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law and Competent Court

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes that may arise from these Terms, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by in-panel notice or email a reasonable time before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.
